胡曉蘭,助理研究員,從事基于液相色譜和質譜的呼氣代謝組分析方法應用于臨床診斷和治療監測以及蛋白組學分析方法應用于環境污染物毒理機制的研究,在呼氣分析用于治療藥物監測方面、蛋白組學技術揭示環境新興污染物毒理學機制方面取得重要研究成果。研究成果發表在Environ Sci Tech., Microchem J., TrAC Trends in Anal Chem., Med Res Rev., Talanta, Tetrahedron Let, Food Chem Toxicol., Crit Rev Food Sci Nutr., Chem Res Toxicol. 和Pharmaceuticals等SCI期刊;獲授權發明專利2項。

科研團隊

研究團隊專注于兩個前沿的科學領域:呼氣代謝組學和蛋白組學分析。在呼氣代謝組學方面,緻力于創新呼氣分析技術的開發與完善,旨在通過精準檢測呼出氣體中的生物标志物,為臨床診斷和治療藥物監測提供新的視角。在蛋白組學分析領域,專注于開發先進的蛋白組學方法,以深入探究環境污染物對人體健康的潛在影響,為環境保護和公共健康提供科學依據。

團隊配置有四極杆-靜電場軌道阱高分辨質譜、高分辨飛行時間質譜、氣相色譜質譜、離子阱質譜并且配備有高效液相色譜儀、離子色譜儀和氣相色譜儀等色譜設備。這些儀器設備為實驗分析提供了可靠的研究平台。
